Love Thought!

Of all the strengths of a woman, beauty make her strongest, character is next.
Of all the weaknesses of a man, love makes him weakest, passion is next.
A woman’s weakness remains a mystery to me but I know a man’s strength is what first attracts a woman.
Let’s talk about love.

I detest a timeout with love
Cause no matter how clothed you’re
She drags you out in the cold and in tattered rags
No matter how high your shoulders are to the sky
She sways your knees to know the dust beneath your feet

She’s lonely, she’s needy, she’s poor and lost
A walk with her is to be a pauper
A dance with her is to be a clown
A swim with her is to first, fill an empty pool with tears
A fly with her is to give up backbone for wings
And a dine with her is to feed fat on thoughts

But her sweet voice, like that of the Sirens in The Odyssey, who can resist
When she desperately calls out through the wind
Only to confine hearts in luck and keys
“Come quick! Leave the sleep behind we don’t need it
Leave the bread and wine we won’t go hungry
Quick! Leave the coins, we won’t buy nothing
Dump the shield and the swords, we won’t be fighting”

I’ve heard the strong leave his strength this way
I’ve seen the wealthy leave his riches this way
I’ve heard the wise leave his craft this way
And the simple lose his innocence this way

Her sonorous voice, who can resist
As she set steps on lanes of no intentions
And lips on songs in praise of beauty...

"I’ve seen beauty show its sides in several places...
I’ve seen beauty in the ebbing of the sea, in the bowing of a rainbow, in the blooming of a petal and in the feathering of a talking bird.
I’ve seen beauty show its sides in several places before...
In the innocence of a toothless child, in the falling of a waterfall, in the flowing of milk and in the whiteness of the snow…

I’ve seen beauty show its sides in several places…
In the thickness of a forest, in the caking of the clouds in the peeping of the sun and the hardness of a precious stones…

’heaven sent’, your face alone seems to birth them all
Like a believer will wait on the savior
Like a school boy will wait on school bus
And Like an arid land will wait on raindrops
Every day, I wait to behold your face…"

So she sings… and sing… and sing…
Till you forget the burden in a journey
And lost the warm memory of home.
To a soul piercing lyrics of beauty
Coming out from Love’s broken lips.

But you know what? I still love you!
