Living the life you believe-in is as easy as shitting what you've eaten. But realistically many don't live the life they believe-in.

If you can link why your shit is green to that vegetable you've eaten then you should be able to link why your life is the way it is to what you believe-in.

The problem however isn't in eating or shitting, it is in not knowing what you've eaten... people do not know what they believe in so even if they do not like what they're shitting they still do not know how to change it from what they're eating. This is easy... you don't like how you're living and can't change it because you don't know what you believe-in.

Tiger today Monday March 25th won the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the eighth time, returning him to the top of the world ranking, a position he vacated in October 2010 due to his sex scandal, failed marriage and various leg injuries.

Just one week ago Tiger Woods announced his relationship with Lindsey Vonn. I see she's doing his body and soul a lot of good. Good for him!

A boy was asked to find {y} in this equation 2x + 3y= 12, if x=3 during a mathematics class after been taught the principles but he could not. “Why can’t you solve the problem?” the teacher asked. “I have a problem ma” the boy replied. “What’s wrong with you?” The boy stood up and told the teacher that he is been thinking of the problem his parents are having at home. This made the teacher sent him to the school counselor to have a session.

 The unsolved mathematics problem now had to go to his friend who stood up and could not say anything------ he could say nothing because first, he couldn’t solve the mathematics problem like his friend and, unlike his friend, he doesn’t know why he can’t solve the problem so he lost his confidence to speak not only because he couldn’t solve the problem but more pitifully because he doesn’t seems to know why (something about self).

You lost your confidence not because you don’t know anything about something but because you don’t know something about yourself. The first boy didn’t know the mathematics problem but he knows the home problem and that was enough for him to stand on his feet to speak. Confidence comes with knowledge, it is when you know that you can stand with your head high and talk about what you know.

No one knows nothing, in fact one of the biggest lies anyone can ever tell someone is “you know nothing!” everyone knows something----- at least something about self. It is in not being able to say what you know that you lose your confidence and it is in saying what you know that you gain it.

It is common that people just give in and lost confidence when they feel they don’t know enough about something. They simply ignore the little they know and all they know about self to start looking like they know nothing.

All you need to know to speak up is knowledge----- if you know anything about something and you need to speak, speak. If you don’t know anything about something and you need to speak, speak because you sure know something about who you are! A

Gay Couple Commits Suicide Over Marriage Problem

A gay couple who moved to Canada after the US laws failed to recognize their marriage has committed suicide few days apart in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

French acupuncturist and porn star Wilfried Knight committed suicide last week in Vancouver. Prior to his death, he wrote a series of blog posts expressing his frustration over being forced to move to Canada due to his visa expiring and the U.S.’s inability to recognize his marriage to Jerry Enriquez. Enriquez killed himself days earlier on Feb. 21.

Swedish filmmaker Malik Bendjelloul filmed the story about how two diehard South African fans, Stephen Segerman, a former jeweler and journalist Craig Bartholomew Strydom joined forces to investigate how the singer “Rodriguez” really died. They were trying to confirm rumors that the American folk-political singer had killed himself on stage.

It’s been 40 years since Rodriguez’s album “Cold Fact” was released in South Africa and the songs became a healing balm to the people in opposition to their government’s oppression. Rodriguez’ music, lyrics were considered “protest songs.”  “Sugar Man” was the first of the track and it proved to have the most powerful and lasting effect. The lore is that the album reached South Africa when a woman brought home a copy for her boyfriend.

Over time I have developed great interest for the sports of soccer and boxing. I have watched them enough to understand one of their ‘golden rules’. How do one move from the state of depression to the state of motivation as fast as possible and how can one apply this rule to individual life situations?

I have seen football teams losing out in crucial games for underrating the importance of this rule. I have also seen boxers kiss their canvasses for disobeying this rule and more pitifully, I have seen several people miss-out in life for this same reason (ignoring the ‘golden rule’).

Suspect in India Rape Case Found Dead.

NEW DELHI—
One of the five men accused in the gang rape of a 23-year-old Indian woman—a crime that received widespread international attention—was found dead in a jail here, his lawyer said Monday.

Ram Singh was found dead at Tihar Jail, Delhi's main prison, at around 5:15 a.m., said his lawyer, V.K. Anand.

Police stand guard as an ambulance leaves Tihar Jail on Monday where one of the five men accused in the gang rape of a 23-year-old Indian woman hanged himself.

A large number of protesters gathered outside Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President's Palace, in New Delhi on Dec. 22.

Mr. Singh, 33 years old, and four other men were being held at the jail during their trial at a special court in Delhi on charges that include kidnapping, rape and murder. The five men have pleaded not guilty.

Two teenagers rape 6 year old sister to death in Delta state

A 19-year-old boy, Felix Inia and his 16-year-old brother, Stanley are now cooling their heels at the headquarters of the Delta State Police Command, Asaba, for allegedly defiling their six-year-old stepsister, Precious Kankamor. The incident, which eventually led to the death of the victim, occurred at Ogbe-Ijoh community, Warri South Local Government Area of the state. The suspects were said to have had carnal knowledge of the minor by forcefully penetrating her, which led to severe injuries in the victim’s private part.

Beauty Queen Losses Crown Over Sex Tape Scandal

A teen beauty queen has resigned following allegations that she appeared in a pornographic video last year, according to Delaware Online.

Melissa King, who was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA last November, stepped down Tuesday, after an “amateur” porn website posted a video featuring a woman who looks and sounds like her.

As reported by Gawker, the woman in the video tells an off-camera interviewer that she competes in beauty pageants and that she is doing porn because she needs money.

“It’s not a big secret. But I didn’t tell anybody specifically what I was doing,” the woman in the video says, before engaging in sex acts with an unidentified man.

Delaware Online reported that King denied appearing in the five-minute amateur porn video, saying the woman was “absolutely not” her. However, a pageant spokeswoman confirmed to the news website that the beauty queen has turned in her crown.

According to Gawker, a pageant spokeswoman would neither confirm nor deny that King appeared in the video, saying she “needed more details.”

TMZ posted the interview portion of the video (above), in which the woman says she recently turned 18.

Miss Delaware Teen USA runner-up Hailey Lawler will take over King’s title.

One Thing That Comes Up With The Sun

I listened to one of Fela Anikulapo’s music and I relish its lyrics as though the album was released just yesterday… for this moment and time.

I understand word for word and could relate to every sound I hear from the track. I wonder how words of decades past could still make such great impact.

True words no matter from where it comes, shed its skin and become new every day. Even after one is long gone, it comes up and break the dark like the morning sun.

What doesn’t matter is how many words you may have said but how many of them is the truth: what doesn’t matter is how many seeds you bury at dusk but how many can come up at dawn to trace the sun.

Words are the most powerful of all because they have the ability to come up anew after decades, scores and even centuries that everyone will still relish them because the truth is what comes up with the sun.
